Missouri’s Kassius Robertson set the pace for the Tigers in helping them to sweep the Mississippi schools last week and push Mizzou back into the upper echelon of the SEC.  He averaged 24.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists as Missouri took a thrilling 89-85 overtime win against Mississippi State on Saturday, two days after a 75-69 decision at Ole Miss.

Robertson’s 22 points against the Bulldogs paced the Tigers as recorded his tenth game of over 20 points this season. That performance was on the heels of a 27-point outburst at Ole Miss.  Robertson made 10-of-20 three-pointers in the two games combined.

Robertson netted 18 of his 27 points the second half in the win over the Rebels.  He has scored double figures in his last six games and has had over 20 points in five of those.  The graduate student from Toronto leads the Tigers in scoring at 16.6 ppg.

Missouri heads to Texas A&M on Tuesday night for a battle with the resurgent Aggies.
